This is realborn Dustin, he is painted with HSP w/ mottling, veining, shading and a small # of milia followed by matte varnish. Dustin looks great as either gender. I gave him Slumberland natural blonde hair rooted and sealed as well as his lashes. Dustin feels incredibly realistic when holding him with full limbs rotate smoothly. He is weighted nicely at 7lbs & of course floppy. He snuggles right into u. He has a magnetic pacifier that is included in his box opening Lmk if u want a boy or girl box opening
